Ordering & Accounts

Minimum order quantities vary by product line. For lyophilised powders (NAD+, NMN, peptides), MOQs typically start from 50 units. Bulk API powders are available from 10 grams. Contact our sales team for specific MOQ details and volume pricing for your requirements.

We supply exclusively to qualified medical professionals, licensed clinics, pharmacies, research institutions, and established distributors. We do not sell directly to the general public. All new accounts are verified before order fulfilment.

Yes. With over 1,000 mature formulas and dedicated R&D pilot facilities, we offer comprehensive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. This includes custom formulation, private labelling, bespoke packaging, and regulatory documentation support. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Pricing is available upon request for qualified accounts. Submit an enquiry through our contact form or email info@wbio.co.uk with your company details, products of interest, and estimated volumes. Our team will respond within one business day with a tailored quotation.

Quality & Certifications

Our manufacturing facilities are cGMP certified, ISO 13485 accredited (medical devices), and ISO 9001 certified (quality management). We also hold FDA FSMA registration, HACCP certification, and NSF accreditation. All products are produced in facilities holding triple production licences: medical device, cosmetic, and disinfection product.

All products in our catalogue meet a minimum purity standard of ≥99.5%, verified by independent third-party testing. Each production batch undergoes HPLC analysis, residual solvent testing, heavy metal screening, endotoxin testing, and microbiological assay. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every batch.

Yes. COAs are provided with every order and are also available on request for any batch. Each COA includes HPLC purity data, identity confirmation, residual solvent analysis, heavy metal content, endotoxin levels, and microbiological results. Contact us with the batch number or product name to request a COA.

We use 100% enzymatic synthesis — a biosynthetic production process that uses no chemical solvents. This method produces single-directional reactions, higher yields, and pharmaceutical-grade purity with zero solvent residues. Our process includes genetic engineering, strain screening, biological fermentation, and advanced separation and purification.

Shipping & Storage

We currently supply to over 15 countries across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. International shipping is available for most products, subject to local regulatory requirements. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific market.

Products requiring cold-chain integrity are shipped in insulated packaging with temperature monitors. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) products are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Reconstituted solutions and certain formulations are shipped with cold packs to maintain 2–8°C. Detailed handling instructions are included with every shipment.

Lyophilised powders should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C for short-term use. Reconstituted solutions must be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the specified beyond-use date (typically 14–28 days depending on product). Oral capsules should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Specific storage instructions are printed on each product label.

Standard catalogue products are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom OEM/ODM orders require 4–8 weeks depending on complexity, volume, and packaging requirements. Contact us for expedited shipping options on urgent orders.

Products & Formulations

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is the active coenzyme directly used by cells for energy metabolism, DNA repair, and sirtuin activation. NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is the direct biochemical precursor to NAD+ — it is converted to NAD+ inside cells via the enzyme NMNAT. Both are effective at restoring cellular NAD+ levels, but they enter the biosynthesis pathway at different points. See our Science page for detailed information.

Injectable formulations bypass gastrointestinal degradation and first-pass hepatic metabolism, achieving near-100% bioavailability. Oral NAD+ precursors typically achieve 15–40% bioavailability depending on formulation and individual factors. Injectable routes also enable precise dosage control and immediate systemic effect. Read our blog article on 'Injectable vs Oral NAD+' for the published evidence.

Yes. Our PhD-led R&D team can develop custom formulations, dosage forms, and concentrations to meet specific clinical requirements. We have a library of over 1,000 proven formulas and a dedicated R&D pilot workshop for rapid prototyping and small-batch validation before full-scale production.

Our peptide products are manufactured to pharmaceutical-grade standards. The intended use and regulatory status varies by product and jurisdiction. Certain peptides (e.g., BPC-157, MOTS-c) are classified as research compounds in many markets. Healthcare professionals should verify the regulatory status in their jurisdiction. All products are supplied for professional use only.

Regulatory & Compliance

Our manufacturing facilities hold FDA FSMA registration. Product-level registration requirements vary by jurisdiction and product classification. We provide comprehensive regulatory documentation (COAs, stability data, specifications) to support our partners' own registration processes. Contact us for jurisdiction-specific guidance.

Yes. We provide Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Origin, material safety data sheets (MSDS), stability study data, and other regulatory documentation required for import into your jurisdiction. Our regulatory affairs team can assist with specific documentation requirements.

Our enzymatic synthesis process is inherently free from animal-derived inputs. Products are certified Halal and Vegan where applicable. We also hold Non-GMO and Allergen-Free certifications for our core product range. Specific certification documentation is available upon request.
