NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is an essential coenzyme present in every living cell. It serves as a critical electron carrier in mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation, directly fuelling ATP production. NAD+ is also a required co-substrate for sirtuins (SIRT1-7), a family of longevity-associated deacetylases that regulate gene expression, DNA repair, metabolic homeostasis, and stress resistance. Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or sterile saline as per clinical protocol. Allow vial to reach room temperature before reconstitution. Gently swirl — do not shake. Solution should be clear and colourless. Do not use if particulate matter or discolouration is observed.
